fa فروش کشیک آموزشی در ایران: غفلت مقررات انضباطی و ضرورت اصلاح مصوبات بالادستی حقوق پزشکی Medical Law نامه به سردبير Letter to Editor <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">فروش کشیک آموزشی، صرفاً یک تخلف فردی نیست؛ بلکه نشانه‌ای از تبدیل تدریجی تعهد آموزشی به کالایی قابل مبادله است. اگرچه این موضوع در برخی محافل علمی و اجرایی مورد اشاره و بحث قرار گرفته است، اما تاکنون واکاوی نظام‌مند و سیاست‌گذاری مؤثر و مبتنی بر شواهد در خصوص آن انجام نشده و راهکارهای عملی و قابل اجرا نیز به‌طور شفاف تبیین نگردیده است. اگر این روند بدون توجه باقی بماند، نه‌تنها عدالت آموزشی، بلکه سرمایه اجتماعی آموزش پزشکی نیز آسیب خواهد دید. اصلاح متن مصوبات بالادستی و شیوه‌نامه‌های اجرایی، گامی ضروری برای بازگرداندن شفافیت، عدالت و پاسخگویی به نظام آموزش بالینی کشور است.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The sale of educational on-call shifts should not be regarded merely as an instance of individual misconduct; rather, it signals a progressive commodification of educational commitments within clinical training. Although the issue has been noted in certain academic and administrative discussions, it has not yet been subjected to systematic examination or evidence-informed policymaking. No coherent and operational regulatory response has thus far been clearly articulated. If this trajectory remains unaddressed, it risks compromising not only educational equity but also the social capital that sustains medical education.
