fa بررسی قوانین حاکم بر مسؤولیت دندان‌پزشکان در ایران مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <p align="right"> <strong>مقدمه:</strong> امروزه علی‌رغم پیشرفت‌های متعدد علمی در تشخیص و درمان بیماری‌ها روند شکایت از دندان‌پزشکان رو به افزایش است. افزایش جمعیت، افزایش تعداد دندان‌پزشکان، افزایش آگاهی جامعه و استفاده از وکلا و مشاورین حقوقی از علل مهم این روند رو به رشد هستند. در این مقاله توضیحاتی در مورد مفاهیم قصور، قانون مجازات اسلامی قدیم و جدید، نقد این قوانین و آمار قصور در محاکم قضایی، به دندان‌پزشکان داده می شود.</p><p align="right"> <strong>بحث</strong>: مجازات‌ها عمدتاً شامل مجازات‌های انتظامی و یا پرداخت دیه است. رعایت موازین فنی و علمی در اقدامات تشخیصی و درمانی مهم‌ترین معیاری است که در بررسی شکایات دندان‌پزشکی مورد استناد محاکم قضایی و هیأت‌های انتظامی قرار می‌گیرد.</p><p align="right"> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: افزایش آگاهی از قوانین جاری بر دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و مطب‌های خصوصی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در طرح‌ریزی روابط بین دندان‌پزشکان و بیمارانشان بر اساس ضوابط و قوانین حقوقی ایفا کند و همچنین در پیش‌گیری از قصور پزشکی مؤثر باشد. </p> Background: In spite of the numerous advancements in diagnosis and treatment of the disease, today, lodging files against dentists is increasing. Population growth, social awareness growth, and growing number of physicians, as well as implementation of lawyers and legal advisers are among the reason for such complains. In this study, we tried to get information to dentists on concept and principals of medical malpractice, new and old Islamic Punishment Law, criticism of these laws and statistics of malpractice in the courts . Methods: Disciplinary penalties or punishments consisted primarily of compensation. Technical and scientific standards in diagnosis and treatment is the most important criterion in the evaluation of dental complaints are referred to courts and law enforcement staff.
