الگوی اپیدمیولوژیک آسیبهای عمدی و غیرعمدی گزارششده به پزشکی قانونی شهر زاهدان طی سالهای 95-1387
Epidemiological Pattern of Intentional and Unintentional Injuries Reported to Zahedan Forensic Medicine during 2008-2016

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> آسیبهای عمدی و غیرعمدی بهعنوان یک مشکل بهداشتی مهم و قابل توجه در سطح جهان مطرح هستند و از علل عمده مرگ در سطح جهان شناخته شدهاند، بهطوری که در جهان سالیانه حدود ۵میلیون نفر جان خود را در اثر خشونت و آسیبها از دست میدهند و بهازای هر فردی که فوت میکند، هزاران فرد آسیبدیده دچار معلولیت و ازکارافتادگی مادامالعمر میشوند. هدف مطالعه حاضر، توصیف اپیدمیولوژیک آسیبهای عمدی و غیرعمدی ثبتشده در پزشکی قانونی شهر زاهدان بود.<br>
<strong>ابزار و روشها:</strong> در این پژوهش مقطعی- توصیفی، ۱۴۰۰ پرونده به روش سیستماتیک از بین پروندههای مربوط به سوانح و حوادث گزارششده به پزشکی قانونی شهر زاهدان طی سالهای ۹۵-۱۳۸۷ انتخاب و بررسی شد. توصیف و تحلیل دادهها توسط نرمافزار <span dir="LTR">Stata ۱۴</span> با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون مجذور کای صورت گرفت. <span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br>
<strong>یافتهها:</strong> ۵۹/۷% (۸۳۶ مورد) آسیبها مربوط به آسیبهای غیرعمدی و ۴۰/۳% (۵۶۴ مورد) مربوط به آسیبهای عمدی بود و همچنین بیشترین آسیبها به ترتیب مربوط به تصادفات و نزاع و بعد از آن مربوط به سوختگی بودند. گروه سنی ۲۹-۱۵ سال و بعد از آن ۴۴-۳۰ سال بیشترین فراوانی آسیب عمدی و غیرعمدی را در بین سایر گروههای سنی به خود اختصاص دادند. سهم سوختگی در زنان بیشتر از مردان بود، اما فراوانی سایر آسیبها در مردان بیشتر از زنان بود.<br>
<strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجهگیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">شایعترین آسیبهای گزارششده به پزشکی قانونی در شهر زاهدان طی سالهای ۹۵-۱۳۸۷ تصادفات و نزاع است که در بیشتر موارد در سنین جوانی رخ میدهد.</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> Intentional and unintentional injuries are known as a significant health problem, worldwide, and the leading causes of death, so that, about 5 million people die from violence and injuries annually, and thousands of injured, disabled, and disadvantaged people die for every person who dies. The aim of this study was to describe the epidemiological findings of intentional and unintentional injuries recorded in forensic medicine in Zahedan.<br>
<strong>Instruments and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> In this cross sectional descriptive study, 1400 cases were selected systematically from the cases of accidents and incidents reported to the forensic medicine during 2008-2016. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Chi-square, using Stata.14 software.<br>
<strong>Findings:</strong> 59.7% (836 cases) of injuries were due to unintentional injuries and 40.3% (564 cases) of injuries were due to intentional injuries, and also the most injuries were related to accidents and the struggles, followed by burns. The age group of 15-29 years old and later 30-44 years old had the highest frequency of intentional and unintentional injuries among other age groups. The frequency of burn in women was higher than that of men, but the frequency of other injuries in men was higher than that of women.<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The most commonly reported injuries to the forensic medicine in Zahedan during the years 2008-2016 are accidents and struggle that occur in most cases at a young age.</div>
