fa مخدر دیجیتالی: بحران نوظهور در سلامت روان و ضرورت مداخله جرم‌شناختی Digital Drugs: An Emerging Mental Health Crisis and the Need for Criminological Intervention نورولوژی قانونی Forensic Neurology مقاله پژوهشی Research Article مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر، ظهور پدیده‌ای به نام «مخدر دیجیتال» در بستر فضای مجازی، چالشی در حوزه سلامت روان و امنیت اجتماعی ایجاد کرده است. این نوع محرک، با تقلید از اثرات روانی مواد مخدر سنتی، موجب تغییر در امواج مغزی و حالات ذهنی افراد می‌شود. هدف مطالعه، بررسی جامع ماهیت، سازوکار و پیامدهای مخدر دیجیتال و تحلیل علل گرایش به آن در چارچوب نظریه‌های زیست شناختی، روان‌شناختی و جامعه‌شناختی است. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، تحلیلی-توصیفی است. در بخش توصیفی با تبیین مخدر دیجیتالی به معرفی علمی ضربان‌های دوگوشی، نحوه عملکرد فایل‌های صوتی و تأثیر آن‌ها بر مغز پرداخته شده و در بخش تحلیلی، نظریه‌های اعتیاد و چالش‌های حقوقی و خلأهای تقنینی مرتبط با مخدر دیجیتال بررسی شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: مخدرهای دیجیتال با استفاده از ضربان‌های دوگوشی و تحریک نواحی خاص مغز و ترشح انتقال‌دهنده‌های عصبی، اثرات مشابه مخدرهای سنتی ایجاد می‌کنند. عوامل گرایش به این پدیده بر مبنای نظریه‌های جرم‌شناختی، ترکیبی از ابعاد زیستی (تحریک مسیر پاداش)، روان‌شناختی (اضطراب و ضعف خودکنترلی)، اجتماعی (تأثیر همسالان و تأیید اجتماعی) و اقتصادی (کم‌هزینه و فاقد پیامد قانونی) است. همچنین بررسی متون حاکی از خلأ قانونی ناشی از تعریف فیزیکی از «ماده مخدر» است. در پاسخ به این چالش‌ها، یک «الگوی مداخله جرم‌شناختی یکپارچه» در سه بُعد پیشگیری (اطلاع‌رسانی)، مقابله (جرم‌انگاری تولید و توزیع محتوا) و ترمیم (خدمات روان‌شناختی تخصصی) با رویکرد چندرشته‌ای طراحی و پیشنهاد شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش بر ضرورت مداخله چندسطحی تأکید دارد. بازنگری در قوانین کیفری، توسعه سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه در نهادهای آموزشی و درمانی، و ارتقاء آگاهی عمومی از جمله اقدامات ضروری برای مقابله با این بحران فناورانه هستند. در همین راستا، الگویی با عنوان «الگوی مداخله یکپارچه جرم‌شناختی» ارائه شده است که با تلفیق ابعاد زیستی، روانی و اجتماعی، زمینه‌ساز طراحی راهکارهای مؤثر برای پیشگیری، درمان و کنترل قانونی این پدیده خواهد بود Introduction: In recent years, a phenomenon referred to as digital drugs has emerged within virtual environments, posing increasing challenges to mental health and social security. These stimuli claim to replicate the psychoactive effects of conventional narcotics through specific auditory frequencies that influence brainwave activity and alter mental states. This study aims to examine the nature, underlying mechanisms, and consequences of digital drugs, while analyzing the factors contributing to their appeal from biological, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Methodology: This study adopts an analytical-descriptive approach. The descriptive component reviews the scientific and historical foundations of binaural beats, explains the structure and function of audio-based stimuli, and discusses their potential neurological effects. The analytical component applies theories of addiction and examines the legal challenges and regulatory gaps associated with digital narcotics. Findings: Digital drugs induce effects similar to traditional substances by utilizing binaural beats, stimulating specific brain regions, and triggering the release of neurotransmitters. Based on criminological theories, the factors driving the propensity for this phenomenon consist of a combination of biological (reward pathway stimulation), psychological (anxiety and low self-control), social (peer influence and social validation), and economic (low cost and lack of legal consequences) dimensions. Furthermore, a review of the literature reveals a legal gap stemming from the physical definition of "narcotic substances." To address these challenges, an "Integrated Criminological Intervention Model" has been designed and proposed, employing a multidisciplinary approach across three dimensions: prevention (information dissemination), suppression (criminalizing ), and rehabilitation (specialized psychological services). Conclusion: The findings highlight the necessity of multi-level interventions. Revising criminal legislation, implementing preventive strategies within educational and healthcare systems, and increasing public awareness are essential responses to this emerging technological threat.
