fa میزان رضایتمندی ارباب‌رجوع از عملکرد پزشکان 10 مرکز استان برتر سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> در نظام اداری و اجرایی کشور رضایت مردم از خدمات ارایه‌شده توسط دستگاه‌های دولتی به‌عنوان یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی سنجش کارآمدی در رشد و توسعه نظام تلقی می‌شود. جلب رضایت مردم در ارتباط با دریافت خدمات از سازمان موجبات افزایش اعتماد عمومی که بزرگ‌ترین سرمایه و تکیه‌گاه برای نظام اداری است را فراهم می‌سازد. در سال‌های اخیر به‌دلیل گسترش خدمات پزشکی قانونی نیاز و توقع ارباب‌رجوع نیز افزایش یافته است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش میزان رضایتمندی ارباب‌رجوع از عملکرد پزشکان ۱۰ مرکز استان برتر سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور انجام شد.<span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> این تحقیق توصیفی به روش پیمایشی در سال ۹۵-۱۳۹۴ در بین ارباب‌رجوعانی که به ۱۰ مرکز استان برتر سازمان پزشکی قانونی شامل استان‌های اصفهان، فارس، خراسان‌شمالی، خراسان‌رضوی، کرمانشاه، کرمان، گیلان، آذربایجان‌شرقی، تهران و مازندران مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. این افراد با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته را تکمیل نمودند که در نهایت تعداد ۱۷۸۵ پرسش‌نامه تکمیل و ارسال شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده توسط نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS ۲۲</span> و با استفاده از آزمون آماری <span dir="LTR">T</span> تک‌نمونه‌ای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین نمره میزان رضایت ارباب‌رجوعان از عملکرد پزشکان ۰/۶۲&plusmn;۴/۲۵، نحوه اطلاع‌رسانی ۰/۷۲&plusmn;۴/۱۹، تخصص و مهارت ۰/۷۰&plusmn;۴/۱۷، تعهد ۰/۶۷&plusmn;۴/۱۳، ادب و احترام ۰/۷۳&plusmn;۴/۲۷ و فضا و تجهیزات پزشکی و غیرپزشکی سازمان ۰/۷۴&plusmn;۴/۲۴ به دست آمد.<span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">از دیدگاه ارباب‌رجوعان عملکرد پزشکان </span><span dir="RTL">۱۰ مرکز استان برتر سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور</span> <span dir="RTL">در حد مطلوب است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims: </strong>People&#39;s satisfaction from the services provided by government agencies in the executive and administrative systems in Iran is considered as one of the main indicators of efficacy in the growth and development of the system. Achieving public satisfaction with receiving services from the organization increases public confidence, which is the largest capital and support for the administrative system. The aim of this study was to assess the client satisfaction rate with the performance of physicians in the top 10 provincial centers of the forensic medicine organization in Iran.<br> <strong>Instruments & Methods:</strong> This descriptive research with a survey method was carried out among people referred to the top 10 provincial centers of the forensic medicine organization in Isfahan, Fars, North Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, Kermanshah, Kerman, Gilan, East Azarbaijan, Tehran and Mazandaran provinces in 2015-2016. The subjects were selected using the simple random sampling method, and they completed the researcher-made questionnaires. 1785 questionnaires were completed. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22 software through the one-sample t-test.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The mean score of clients &#39;satisfaction with physicians&#39; performance, informativeness, specialty and skill, commitment, courtesy and respect, space and medical and non-medical equipment of the organization were 4.25&plusmn;0.62, 4.19&plusmn;0.72, 4.17&plusmn;0.70, 4.13&plusmn;0.67, 4.27&plusmn;0.73 and 4.24&plusmn;0.74, respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> From the viewpoint of the clients, the performance of physicians in the top 10 provincial centers of the forensic medicine organization of the country is at a favorable level.</div> عملکرد, رضایتمندی, ارباب‌رجوع, پزشکی قانونی Perfoemance, Satisfaction, Clients, Forensic Medicine 139 144 http://sjfm.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1881-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 M.
