fa تدابیر قانونی برای پیشگیری و مقابله با جرایم و تخلفات حوزه مواد خوراکی و آشامیدنی در نظام حقوقی ایران مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: <span style="color:black;">بهداشت و سلامت مواد خوراکی و آشامیدنی به‌عنوان یکی از نیازهای حیاتی جامعه انسانی همواره مورد توجه قانون‌گذاران قرار گرفته است. زیرا تغذیه ناسالم آثار و پیامدهای ناگواری از قبیل شیوع بیماری‌ها و اختلالات جسمی و روانی را برای افراد جامعه در پی خواهد داشت. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تدابیر قانونی برای پیشگیری و مقابله با جرایم و تخلفات حوزه مواد خوراکی و آشامیدنی در نظام حقوقی ایران بود. در این مطالعه مروری با روش کتابخانه‌ای، مطالب فیش‌برداری و گرد‌آوری شد و با شیوه تحلیلی- توصیفی و استنتاج منطقی، نتایج به ‌دست آمد. </span><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> برای پاسخ به این که جرایم و تخلفات حوزه مواد خوراکی و آشامیدنی کدام‌اند و قانون‌گذار چه تدابیری را برای مقابله و پیشگیری از این جرایم در نظر گرفته است، ابتدا سیاست جنایی- ‌تقنینی ایران در حوزه مذکور و ویژگی‌ها و ابعاد آن بیان شده و سپس نهادهای مهم رسیدگی‌کننده و وظایف آ‌نها ذکر شده است. آنگاه تدابیری که قانون‌گذار در زمینه پیشگیری و مقابله با این جرایم و تخلفات پیش‌بینی کرده (با توجه به قوانین و مقررات موجود) بررسی شده است. در پایان، چالش‌ها و راه‌کارهایی که در این زمینه وجود دارد و نیز راه‌های برون‌رفت از آن متذکر شده است.</span> <span style="color:black;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> As one of the vital needs of the human community, the health of food and drink has always attracted the attention of legislators. Because unhealthy nutrition has adverse effects and consequences such as the spread of disease, physical and psychological disturbances will be addressed to the community. The aim of this study was to investigate the legal measures for the prevention and counteraction of crimes and violation of food and drink in Iran&rsquo;s legal system. In this review study with library method, materials were collected by taking notes and they were analyzed, using descriptive-analytical method and logical deduction.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> To respond to what the crimes and violation of food stuff field are and what the measures of <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528889621219462091818">legislator</gwmw> are to <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15528889621210150259901">confronte</gwmw> and prevent these crimes, <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528889621210934383748">primary legitimate criminal policy</gwmw> of Iran in <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-1" id="gwmw-15528889621216972654640">food stuff</gwmw> and drink field and its dimensions, as well as important institutions for dealing with these crimes and violation were expressed. Then the measures that legislators in anticipation and prevention of these crimes and incidents have predicted, depending on the current rules, were investigated.
