fa مجموعه شاخص‌های ضروری برای سازمان‌دهی پرونده‌های کمیسیون‌های پزشکی قانونی ایران مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong><span style="color:windowtext;">اهداف:</span> </strong>پرونده‌های پزشکی قانونی یکی از منابع اصلی و مهم اطلاعات برای انجام وظایف قانونی و ارایه خدمت و مهم‌ترین ابزار ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات در فرآیند رسیدگی و ‌پاسخ‌گویی هستند. نتایج اقدامات و کارشناسی پزشکی قانونی در قالب پرونده‌ها و اسنادی نگه‌داری می‌شوند که با صرف وقت و هزینه قابل توجه تولید شده است. برای شکل‌گیری اطلاعات پرونده به‌طوری که با سرعت و سهولت قابل استفاده شوند نیاز به سازمان‌دهی مناسب داده‌ها است تا ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات به‌راحتی انجام شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تدوین مجموعه شاخص‌های ضروری برای سازمان‌دهی پرونده‌های کمیسیون‌های پزشکی قانونی ایران انجام شد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">ابزار و روش‌ها</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;">این مطالعه با روش توصیفی و دلفی در سال‌های ۱۳۹۵ و ۱۳۹۶ در سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور انجام شد. با استفاده از متد دلفی پرسش‌نامه اولیه طراحی و ۴۰۰ جلد پرونده مراجعان به اداره کمیسیون پزشکی قانونی استان تهران به‌صورت تصادفی بررسی شد و سپس با بهره‌گیری از آمار توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل صورت گرفت. نهایتاً مطالعه نتایج و بازنگری پرسش‌نامه اولیه توسط خبرگان و دلفی، منجر به تدوین شاخص‌ها شد.</span><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> برای سازمان‌دهی پرونده‌ها در سه محور اصلی، ۲۷ شاخص و ۱۷۵ ملاک ارزیابی استخراج شد و جداول زمانی برای نگه‌داری اسناد کمیسیون مورد توافق خبرگان قرار گرفت.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> در حال حاضر پزشکی قانونی با مشکلات ضعف در سازمان‌دهی اسناد کمیسیون پزشکی قانونی روبه‌رو است. شاخص‌های سازمان‌دهی، سرعت و سهولت دسترسی به اطلاعات باارزش پرونده‌‌ها را بهبود می‌بخشند. تلخیص پرونده‌ها با مجوز اخذشده از شورای اسناد ملی به‌صورت قانونی قابل انجام است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> Legal <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853419956464406419">medicine</gwmw> records are one of the main sources of information for performing legal duties and serving the service, and the most important tools for <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-2" id="gwmw-15528853419950984266689">filling</gwmw> and retrieving information in the investigation and responding process. The results of the thoughts and measures of legal medicine organization are preserved as records and documents, which have been produced with considerable time and cost. For the creation of records information, so that they can be used quickly and easily, it is necessary to organize the data appropriately so that data <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-2" id="gwmw-15528853448116789191164">filling</gwmw> and retrieval can be done conveniently. The aim of this study was to develop <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853464477522477972">essential indicator set</gwmw> for organizing records of legal medicine commission of Iran.<br> <strong>Instruments & Methods:</strong> This study was performed by descriptive and Delphi methods in Iranian Legal Medicine Organization during 2016 and 2017. In this study, with Delphi method, the initial questionnaire was designed and 400 <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853491692548659555">file</gwmw> of referrals to the commission of <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853491696228483995">Tehran Legal Medicine Center</gwmw> were randomly studied and analyzed with descriptive statistics. By studying and reviewing the results of the initial questionnaire by experts and members of the Delphi panel, the indicators led to the final compilation.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>To organize records in 3 main parts, 27 indicators and 175 evaluation criteria were extracted and the determination of <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853519506239748484">record retention period</gwmw> for commission <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15528853519508912643973">were agreed</gwmw> upon by experts.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Currently, Legal Medicine Organization faces weaknesses in organizing records of legal medicine commission. Organizational indicators improve the speed and simplicity of access to valuable information of records.
