fa تبیین عوامل مرتبط با میزان اجرای خط‌مشی‌های پزشکی قانونی کشور مبتنی بر نظام ارزشی اسلامی و ارایه مدل مطلوب مديريت سلامت Health Management مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> سازمان پزشکی قانونی نقش موثری در اقامه حدود الهی دارد. در مسیر اجرای کامل خط‌مشی، عوامل و شاخص‌های متعددی وجود دارند. شناسایی این عوامل، به‌منظور کارآمدنمودن اجرای خط‌مشی، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. هدف این پژوهش، ارایه مدل عوامل مرتبط با میزان اجرای خط‌مشی‌های پزشکی قانونی کشور مبتنی بر نظام ارزشی اسلامی بود.<span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، ۲۲۵ نفر از کارشناسان پزشک و غیرپزشک استان‌های اردبیل، چهارمحال و بختیاری، تهران، ایلام و خراسان جنوبی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه عوامل مرتبط با اجرای خط‌مشی، اجرای خط‌مشی و نظام ارزشی اسلامی بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری <span dir="LTR">T</span> تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بین عوامل مرتبط با میزان اجرای خط‌مشی سازمان پزشکی قانونی رابطه معنی‌دار از نوع افزایشی (مستقیم) وجود داشت. مولفه‌های عوامل مرتبط با اجرای خط‌مشی‌ها رتبه یکسانی نداشتند؛ ابعاد هدف‌گذاری روشن و تدوین صحیح خط‌مشی، حمایت از سوی مراجع قانونی و حقوقی، ویژگی‌های رفتاری و شخصیتی مجریان، تخصص و مهارت مجریان، گروه‌های هدف و استفاده‌کنندگان و نظام اداری و بوروکراسی کارآمد در سطح بیش از رضایت‌بخش و بُعد انتخاب ابزار مناسب و منابع لازم در سطح رضایت‌بخش قرار گرفتند.<span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مدل عوامل مرتبط با میزان اجرای خط‌مشی‌های پزشکی قانونی کشور مبتنی بر نظام ارزشی اسلامی از برازش خوبی برخوردار است.</span></span><span style="font-family:IRANSharpSmall Light,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims</strong>: Forensic Medicine Organization has an effective role in establishing the divine limits. There are several factors and indicators in the full implementation of the policy. Identifying these factors is especially important for implementation of the policy efficient. The aim of this study was to provide a model of factors related to the implementation of the country&#39;s forensic medicine policies based on the Islamic value system.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods</strong>: The present study is descriptive and correlational, which was performed by survey method. The statistical population of the study was 225 people of medical and non-medical experts in Ardabil, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Tehran, Ilam, South Khorasan provinces who were selected by cluster sampling method. The research instruments were questionnaires of factors related to the implementation of the policy, the implementation of the policy and the Islamic value system. Data were analyzed using single-sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations.<br> <strong>Finding</strong>: There was a significant relationship between the factors related with the implementation rate of the Forensic Medicine Organization&#39;s policy, this relationship was of the incremental (direct) type. The components of the factors related to the implementation of the policies did not have the same rank; Dimensions of clear targeting and correct wording of the policy, support from legal authorities, behavioral and personality characteristics of the executives, expertise and skill of the executives, target groups and users and efficient administrative and bureaucratic system were at a level more than satisfactory, and selection of appropriate tools and resources was at a satisfactory level.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The model of factors related with the implementation of forensic medicine policies in the country based on the Islamic value system has a good fit.<span dir="RTL"></span></div> خط‌مشی, مدل, پزشکی قانونی, نظام ارزشی اسلامی Policy, Model, Forensic Medicine, Islamic Value System 9 17 http://sjfm.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1881-2&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 H.
