fa عوامل مؤثر بر حمل و نگهداری سلاح گرم غیر مجاز، مورد مطالعه استان کرمانشاه Factors Affecting the Carrying and Storage of Illegal Firearms; Case Study of Kermanshah Province, Iran جرم و جزا Crime and Penalty گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: حمل و نگهداری سلاح گرم یکی از دلایل ایجاد ناامنی در جامعه است. از مناطقی که حمل و نگهداری سلاح گرم در آن قابل توجه است، استان کرمانشاه را می‌توان نام برد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر حمل و نگهداری سلاح گرم در این استان در سال ۱۳۹۹ صورت پذیرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و مقطعی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل ماموران نیروی انتظامی استان کرمانشاه بود. حجم نمونه تعداد ۲۳۰ نفر است که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون رگرسیون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که بین عوامل فرهنگی (باورها و اعتقادات سنتی، قومیت، آداب و رسوم)، عوامل اجتماعی (سرمایه اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی، سبک زندگی، اشتغال)، عوامل اقتصادی (فقر، بیکاری) و احساس ناامنی با نگهداری سلاح گرم غیرمجاز در استان کرمانشاه رابطه وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: ارتقای سطح فرهنگ مردم از طریق مشاوره و آموزش، کاهش فقر و بیکاری و ایجاد اشتغال، افزایش سطح امنیت اجتماعی و تغییر سبک زندگی و توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی در پیشگیری از جرمِ حمل و نگهداری سلاح گرم غیرمجاز مؤثر است.</div> <pre style="text-align:justify"> Introduction: One of the issues that causes insecurity in the society is carrying and keeping firearms. Kermanshah province is one of the areas where carrying and keeping firearms is significant. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting the carrying and storage of firearms in Kermanshah province, Iran in 2019. Methods: The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of the method of carrying out a survey, and it was carried out with the correlation method. The statistical population of the research includes police officers of Kermanshah province. The sample size is 230 people who were selected by available sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS software and regression tests. Cronbach's alpha test was used for its reliability. Results: The research findings indicate that between: 1- cultural factors (traditional beliefs, ethnicity, customs and traditions) 2- social factors (social capital, social support, lifestyle, employment) 3- economic factors (poverty, Unemployment) 4- Feeling of insecurity by keeping firearms in Kermanshah province. There is a relationship. Conclusion: The results of the research show that cultural and economic poverty, feeling of insecurity among the people, lack of employment and lack of social capital are the factors of carrying and keeping illegal firearms in Kermanshah province.
