fa بررسی ارتباط بین تجربه خشونت خانگی و انجام غربالگری‌های سرطان‌های زنان Examining the relationship between experience of domestic violence and conducting women's cancer screenings زنان و زايمان قانونی Forensic Obstetrics & Gynecology مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: خشونت خانگی از مشکلات شایع جهانی است که پیامدهای منفی جسمی و روانی در پی دارد و می‌تواند در انجام غربالگری‌های سرطان‌های زنان اثرگذار باشد.  مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین تجربه خشونت خانگی و غربالگری سرطان‌های زنان صورت پذیرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مورد-شاهدی و بر روی ۴۰۴ زن ۱۸ تا ۴۵ ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی تحت پوشش سازمان تأمین اجتماعی شهر اصفهان و به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان در طی شش ماه انجام شد. میزان انجام غربالگری‌ها در دو گروه زنان دارای خشونت و بدون خشونت بررسی و مقایسه گردید. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۰ و آزمون‌های کای دو، دقیق فیشر، من ویتنی و رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج آماری در مطالعه حاضر اختلاف معناداری در انجام غربالگری‌ها در دو گروه مورد و شاهد نشان می‌دهد. انجام غربالگری‌های سرطان پستان و سرطان دهانه رحم به‌طور کامل به ترتیب در گروه دارای خشونت ۲۲.۸ و ۳۵.۶ درصد و در گروه بدون خشونت ۲۵.۷ و ۳۷.۱ درصد و انجام آنها به‌طور ناقص، به ترتیب در گروه دارای خشونت ۷۷.۲ و ۸۳.۶ درصد و در گروه بدون خشونت ۷۴.۳ و ۶۲.۹ درصد می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به ارتباط معکوس خشونت خانگی و انجام غربالگری‌ها، آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی، مشاوره و راهکارهای مناسب به زوجین برای پیشگیری از خشونت، می‌تواند موانع انجام غربالگری‌ها و پیامدهای حاصل از آن را بهبود دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Abstract Aim: Domestic violence is one of the most common problems in the world, which has negative physical and psychological consequences and can be effective in women's cancer screenings. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the experience of domestic violence and women's cancer screening  Methods: The current case-control study was conducted on 404 women aged 18-45 referring to medical centers covered by the Social Security Organization of Isfahan city and using easy sampling method during six months. The rate of screening in two groups of women with violence and without violence was investigated. SPSS version 20 software and chi-square, Fisher's exact, Mann-Whitney and logistic regression tests were used for data analysis.  Findings: The statistical results in the present study show a significant difference in screenings in both case and control groups. 22/8% and 35/6% in the violent group and 25/7% and 37/1% in the non-violent group and incompletely performed in the violence group 2 77/83 and 83/6 percent, and in the group of never seen violence, it is 74/3 and 62/9 percent.  Conclusion: Considering the inverse relationship between domestic violence and conducting screenings, life skills training, counseling and presentation Suitable solutions for couples to prevent violence can improve the barriers to screening and the resulting outcome.
