fa بررسی شیوع و نوع قصور دندان‌پزشکی در پرونده‌های پزشکی قانونی شهرستان اهواز از سال 1390 تا 1401 Examining The Prevalence and Type of Dental Malpractice in Forensic Medical Cases of Ahvaz City From 2013 to 2022 اخلاق پزشكی Medical Ethics مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: هر دندان‌پزشک با عدم رعایت اصول ممکن است دچار قصور شود و در برابر قانون قرار گیرد. بررسی شکایات دندانپزشکی ضمن روشن کردن وضعیت موجود، موجب افزایش اطلاعات دندان‌پزشکان و دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی می‌گردد و موجب کاهش خطاهای درمانی می‌شود. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و گذشته‌نگر می باشد که اطلاعات پرونده‌های متعلق به سال‌های ۱۳۹۰ تا ۱۴۰۱ در چک لیستی که در آن موارد سن، جنس و مدرک دندان‌پزشک، سال تشکیل پرونده، محل ارائه خدمت، نوع درمان انجام شده، نوع قصور دندانپزشکی صورت گرفته و حکم نهایی پرونده تعبیه شده، وارد شد.  یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی دندان‌پزشکان ۸.۳۲±۳۷.۲۳ بود. در اکثر پرونده‌ها دندانپزشکان مرد (۷۷.۸ درصد)، دارای مدرک عمومی (۸۵.۲ درصد) و با ۰-۵ سال سابقه کاری (۲۵ درصد) حضور داشتند. در ۶۵.۷ درصد از پرونده‌ها وقوع قصور تأیید شده بود. در ۷۰.۴ درصد از پرونده‌ها در مطب شخصی خدمت ارائه شده بود. درمان‌های جراحی، پروتز و اندو با ۲۹.۶ درصد، ۲۲.۲ و ۲۰.۴ درصد بیشترین میزان شکایات را به ترتیب به خود اختصاص داده بودند و بیشترین قصور محرز شده روکش نامناسب با ۲۸.۱۶ درصد بود. میانگین سنی بیماران ۱۳.۵۱±۴۱.۰۹ و اکثر آنها خانم (۵۶.۶ درصد) بودند. بین سن دندان‌پزشک و نتیجه پرونده (۰.۰۰۱>P) و بین سابقه کاری دندان‌پزشک و نتیجه پرونده (۰.۰۰۱>P) رابطه آماری معنادار وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: علیرغم پیشرفت‌های علم دندانپزشکی، شکایات علیه دندان‌پزشکان و تعداد اثبات قصور دندان‌پزشکی روندی صعودی دارد؛ باید میزان قصورات دندان‌پزشکی و شکایات را کاهش داد تا دندان‌پزشک و بیمار هر دو رضایت بیشتری داشته باشند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Any dentist who does not follow the principles may become malpractice and face the law. Investigating dental complaints, while clarifying the current situation, increases the knowledge of dentists and dental students and reduces treatment errors. Methods: A checklist was prepared by the researcher, in which the age, gender and degree of the dentist, the year of filing the case, the location of the service, the type of treatment performed, the type of dental malpractice, and the final judgment of the case were included and the information of the files belonging to the years 2013 to 2022 was entered. Results: The average age of dentists was 37.23±8.32. In most cases, there were male dentists (77.8%), with a general degree (85.2%) and with 0-5 years of work experience (25%). Malpractice was confirmed in 65.7% of the cases. In 70.4% of the cases, it was presented in the personal office of the service. Surgical, prosthetic and endo procedures with 29.6%, 22.2% and 20.4% had the highest number of complaints, respectively, and the most inferred failure was improper veneer with 28.16%. The average age of the patients was 41.09±13.51 and most of them were women (56.6%). There was a statistically significant relationship between the age of the dentist and the result of the case (P<0.001) and between the work experience of the dentist and the result of the case (P<0.001). Conclusion: Despite the advances in dental science, complaints against dentists and the number of proofs of dental malpractice are on the rise.
