fa پیامدهای روانشناختی سقط جنین: سوگ، اختلالات جنسی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در زنان با سابقه سقط قانونی و غیر قانونی بر اساس موارد ارجاع شده به اداره پزشکی قانونی استان خراسان رضوی روان‌پزشکی قانونی Forensic Psychiatry مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">بارداری ناخواسته همچنان به عنوان یک چالش مهم برای زنان مطرح است، و با وجود پیشرفت‌های موجود در روش‌های پیشگیری از بارداری، هیچ‌یک از این روش‌ها به طور کامل مؤثر نیستند. در چنین شرایطی،</span><span lang="FA"> به طور ناخواسته</span><span lang="AR-SA"> سقط جنین به عنوان یک راه‌حل احتمالی برای زنان مطرح می‌شودکه عوارض جسمی و روانی متعددی به همراه دارد و در موارد غیرقانونی ممکن است این عوارض تشدید شوند</span>. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه پیامدهای روانی سقط جنین در شرایط قانونی و غیرقانونی انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش بررسی</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: طرح پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع علی </span>&ndash;<span lang="AR-SA"> مقایسه&shy;ای است. جامعه این مطالعه را کلیه زنان درخواست کننده سقط جنین تشکیل دادند که از فروردین ماه تا اسفندماه ۱۴۰۰ به اداره پزشکی قانونی استان خراسان رضوی مراجعه کردند. تعداد ۷۰ نفر (۳۵ نفر از زنانی که با مجوز قانونی و ۳۵ نفر نیز زنانی که بدون مجوز اقدام به سقط داشتند) با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه&shy;های تجربه سوگ، استرس پس از سانحه و مقیاس عملکرد جنسی زنان را پاسخ دادند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته&shy;ها</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">: </span><span lang="FA">نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان دادکه بین دو گروه از نظر مشکلات جنسی (۰.۰۰۱=F=۹۸.۳۴، P)، سوگ (۰.۰۰۱=F=۵۸.۶۹، P</span><span lang="FA">) و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (۰.۰۰۱=F=۸۴.۶۷، P</span><span lang="FA">) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه&shy;گیری</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">:</span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه پژوهش حاضر نشان می&shy;دهد پیامد های روان شناختی زمانی که مسئولیت سقط جنین بین مادر و قانون تقسیم شده باشد، فشار روانی کمتری برای مادران دارد. یافته&shy;های این مطالعه ضرورت حمایت&shy;های روانشناختی و حقوقی را در مواردی که به طور ناخواسته موضوع سقط مطرح می&shy;شود، تأکید می&shy;نماید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Unwanted pregnancy remains a significant challenge for women. Despite advances in contraceptive methods, no method is completely reliable. In such situations, abortion may be considered a possible option, yet it carries substantial physical and psychological risks, which may be further intensified when performed illegally. This study aimed to compare the psychological consequences of abortion under legal versus illegal circumstances.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study employed a descriptive, causal-comparative design. The study population included all women seeking abortion who were referred to the Forensic Medicine Department of Khorasan Razavi Province between October and June 2022. A total of 70 participants were selected using a convenience sampling method: 35 women who had undergone legally approved abortions and 35 who had abortions without legal permission. Participants completed the Grief Experience Questionnaire (GEQ), the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist (PCL), and the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Results from the multivariate analysis of variance revealed significant differences between the two groups in sexual dysfunction (F=34.98, P=0.001), grief (F=58.69, P=0.001), and post-traumatic stress disorder (F=67.84, P=0.001).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings indicate that the psychological impact of abortion is less severe when responsibility for the decision is shared between the mother and her in-laws.
