fa گزارش یک مورد بلع آهن‌ربا در بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی پارانویید پزشکی قانونی Forensic Medicine مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> مقدمه: در اسکیزوفرنی پارانویید هذیان‌ها معمولاً به ‌صورت گزند و آسیب یا خود بزرگ‌بینی می‌باشند و برخی از هذیان‌ها در اختلالات سایکوتیک به‌شکل هذیان‌های جسمانی تظاهر پیدا می‌کنند. بلع جسم خارجی در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی دیده شده است ولی تاکنون موردی که به بلع آهن‌ربا جهت برطرف کردن هذیان‌های پارانویید بپردازد دیده نشده است. در این گزارش مورد یک بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی پارانویید معرفی می‌شود که جهت جلوگیری از حرکت آهن موجود در معده که توسط بیگانگان جایگذاری شده است اقدام به خوردن آهن‌ربا نموده است. معرفی: مرد 43 ساله، متاهل که به دلیل احساس جایگذاری جسم خارجی در بدن طی یک مهمانی دوستانه اقدام به مصرف چند قطعه آهن‌ربا نموده که باعث گیرکردن آهن‌رباها در معده شده است. برای بار اول آهن‌ربا با آندوسکوپ خارج گردید و به دلیل عدم درمان مناسب ضد سایکوز بیمار مجدد اقدام به مصرف آهن‌ربا نمود که باعث سوراخ شدن روده و انجام عمل لاپاراسکوپی گردیده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف صحیح و به موقع درمان در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی پارانویید باعث جلوگیری از بروز مجدد اتفاقاتی می‌شود که علاوه بر کاهش هزینه‌های بیمارستانی باعث کاهش آسیب جسمانی به خود بیمار نیز می‌گردد . </div> Introduction: In paranoid schizophrenia the delusions are often grandiosity, and harm or damage. Some types of psychotic disorders, hallucinations and delusions materialize has been seen in the form of somatic delusions external object ingestion in patients with schizophrenia. However, so far there has not been a case of ingesting magnets in order to remove paranoid delusions .In the following report, the case of a patient who suffers from schizophrenia is introduced. He has eaten magnets in order to prevent the movement of iron in his stomach, which has been placed by others. Case Presentation: A 43 – year- old married man, during a party, felt of an external object placed in his body. He took measures to eat a few pieces of magnets, which were stuck in his stomach. For the first time the magnets were removed by endoscope. But due to lack of appropriate anti – psychotic treatment, the Patient again used the magnets, which this time caused intestinal perforation and he had to have laparoscopic surgery.
