fa مقایسه شیوه های فرزندپروری و سلامت روان زوجین نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی با زوجین بدون فرزند روان‌پزشکی قانونی Forensic Psychiatry مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> امروزه به واسطه میزان ناباروری زوج ها و بی سرپرستی کودکان، فرزند خواندگی در کانون توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه سلامت روان و شیوه های فرزند پروری در زوجین نابارور متقاضی فرزند خواندگی با زوجین بدون فرزند انجام گرفنه و به آزمون فرضیه های زیر پرداخته است:</p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma">در شیوه­ های فرزندپروری (قاطع، مستبد، سهل گیر) زوجین نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی با زوجین بدون فرزند تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:tahoma">در شاخص­های سلامت روانی (نشانه­های جسمانی، اضطراب و بی­خوابی، کژکاری اجتماعی، افسردگی) زوجین نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی با زوجین بدون فرزند تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح های توصیفی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمام زوجین متقاضی فرزند خواندگی بوده که در سال 1392 به اداره پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی مراجعه نموده اند. 51 زوج به شیوه نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و پرسش نامه سلامت روان و شیوه های فرزند پروری را تکمیل نمودند. بر روی گروه کنترل نیز این پرسش نامه ها اجراشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار<span style="font-family:tahoma"><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه نوزدهم و با روش آماری <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل و تحلیل کواریانس (مانکوا) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> بین دو گروه مورد مطالعه و کنترل، از نظر سلامت روان و شیوه های فرزند پروری تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد<span style="font-family:tahoma"> (<span dir="LTR">P<0/05</span>). به طوری که نشانه­های جسمانی، اضطراب و بی­خوابی، کژکاری اجتماعی و افسردگی در زوجین متقاضی فرزند بیشتر از زوجین بدون فرزند بود و هم چنین زوجین متقاضی فرزند شیوه فرزندپروری مستبد و قاطع کمتری داشتند و در شیوه فرزند پروری سهل­گیر تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که در سلامت روان و شیوه های فرزند پروری زوجین متقاضی فرزند با زوجین بدون فرزند تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. در توجیه این نتایج می توان گفت که <span style="font-family:tahoma"> استرس ناشی از ناباروری و عدم آموزش کافی در زمینه فرزند پروری می­تواند منجر به مسایل مرتبط با سلامت روان گردد، لذا پیشنهاد می­شود با ارائه مداخلات روان شناختی مناسب و آموزش مهارت­های فرزند پروری برای گروه مورد مطالعه توسط مسئولین ذیربط برنامه ریزی گردد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p align="left"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p align="left"></p> <p align="left"><strong>Background:</strong> Today, due to increased infertility in couples and a lack of guardianship of orphan children, much attention has been drawn on adoption. This study aimed to compare mental health and parenting practices in infertile couples seeking adoption by childless couples and test the following hypotheses:</p> <p align="left">The parental style (aggressive, authoritarian, permissive) adoption by infertile couples seeking couples without children there is a significant difference.The indicators of mental health (physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction, depression) adoption by infertile couples seeking couples without children there is a significant difference.</p> <p align="left"></p> <p align="left"><strong>Methods:</strong> The study design is descriptive. The study population included all couples applying for adoption in 2013, which have been referred to Legal Medicine Center of Khorasan-e-razavi. 51 couples to the research criteria were selected by convenience sampling method and completed a questionnaire on mental health and parenting practices. The questionnaire was administered to the control group. Data by SPSS version19 nineteenth and using independent t-test and covariance (Mankova) were analyzed.</p> <p align="left"></p> <p align="left"><strong>Findings:</strong> Between the study and control group in terms of mental health and parenting practices, there are significant differences (p<0.05). So that somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction and depression in couples seeking couples without children were more children and authoritarian parenting style and child applicant couples were less conclusive and permissive parenting style involves a significant difference between the two groups.</p> <p align="left"></p> <p align="left"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Results showed that there are significant differences in mental health and parenting practices with children, couples seeking couples without children. To justify this conclusion, we can say that the stress of infertility and lack of adequate training in parenting can lead to mental health issues, psychological interventions to be appropriate, therefore, parenting skills training for groups can be scheduled by the relevant authorities.</p> <p></p> <p></p> شیوه­های فرزند پروری, سلامت روان, زوجین نابارور متقاضی فرزند خواندگی, زوجین بدون فرزند.
