fa مقایسه شاخص های بهداشت روان و شیوه های فرزندپروری در زنان نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی و زنان بارور پزشکی قانونی Forensic Medicine مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><a name="OLE_LINK3"><strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong></a><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: <a name="OLE_LINK4">بر اساس نتایج تحقیقات مختلف، اغلب زوج &shy;هایی که مشکل ناباروری دارند، به شکل عمیق و بنیادین تنیده اند. ناباروری تاثیرات گسترده و وسیع روانی از جمله احساس درماندگی، تعارض، سرخوردگی بر روی افراد دارد و می&shy;تواند در انتخاب نوع شیوه فرزندپروری تاثیر بگذارد. این پژوهش با هدف، مقایسه شاخص‌های بهداشت روان و شیوه&shy; های فرزندپروری در زنان نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی و زنان بارور انجام گرفته است.</a></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> <a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5">پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح</a></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:bzar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های توصیفی است.</span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> <a name="OLE_LINK8"></a><a name="OLE_LINK7">جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی بوده که در سال 1392 به سازمان پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی مراجعه نموده اند.</a></span> <a name="OLE_LINK12"></a><a name="OLE_LINK11">43 زن به شیوه &shy;ی نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و پرسش &shy;نامه بهداشت روان و شیوه&shy; های فرزندپروری را تکمیل نمودند. </a></span><a name="OLE_LINK13">بر روی گروه کنترل نیز این پرسش&shy;نامه&shy; ها اجرا شد.</a> <a name="OLE_LINK15"></a><a name="OLE_LINK14">داده&shy; ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </a><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:bzar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه نوزدهم و با روش آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:bzar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">t</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> مستقل و تحلیل کواریانس (مانکوا) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp; <a name="OLE_LINK16">بین دو گروه مورد مطالعه و کنترل، از نظر شاخص &shy;های بهداشت روان و شیوه&shy; های فرزندپروری تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد</a></span></span> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:bzar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P<0/05</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> <a name="OLE_LINK19"></a><a name="OLE_LINK18">در مطالعه حاضر در شاخص&shy; های بهداشت روان و شیوه &shy;های فرزندپروری در زنان نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت. </a></span><a name="OLE_LINK20">که می&shy; تواند حاکی از استرس ناشی از ناباروری و تآثیرگذاری این عوامل بر شیوه &shy;های فرزندپروری باشد، لذا ارائه مداخلات روان&shy; شناختی مناسب و </a>حضور فعال شوهر در کنار زن در طی روند درمان و هم چنین حضور متخصصان روان&shy;شناس و مشاوره در حل مشکلات عاطفی-روانی این افراد و آموزش مهارت&shy; های فرزندپروری برای گروه مورد مطالعه بسیار حائز اهمیت است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"><a name="OLE_LINK27"></a></span></span></p> <p><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong><em> According to several studies, most couples with infertility problems, in the form of a deep and fundamental intertwined. Infertility has vast psychological effects on people (e.g. frustration, conflict and helplessness) and can affect the choice of parenting style. This study compared the indicators of mental health and parenting practices in infertile women</em> <em>applying for adoptions and fertile women.</em></p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Method:</em></strong><em> The study has a descriptive design. The study population consisted of all infertile women applying for adoptions admitted to the Forensic Medicine Organization of Khorasan Razavi during a year (2013). The subjects (43) were selected through available sample method and completed a mental health and a parenting style questionnaire, which were also applied to the control group. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (v.19) and independent t test and analysis of covariance (MANCOVA).</em></p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> There is a significant difference (P <0/05) between the two groups (case and control), in terms of mental health and parenting practices. </em></p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><em> In the present study on indicators of mental health and parenting practices, there was a significant difference between infertile women applying for adoptions and fertile ones, that may be the result of the stress of infertility and the impact of these factors on parenting practices. Hence appropriate psychological interventions and active presence of the husband beside his wife during the course of treatment and the presence of experts in psychology and counseling is very important to solve emotional problems and compulsory education of parenting skills should be considered.</em></p> <p></p> <p></p> بهداشت روان, شیوه ­های فرزندپروری, زنان نابارور متقاضی فرزندخواندگی, زنان بارور.
