fa بررسی مفهوم باکرگی و آسیب شناسی آن پزشکی قانونی Forensic Medicine مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">علیرغم ارزش غیر قابل انکار &quot;باکرگی &quot;، باورهای غلط و تحولات نظام ارزشی مرتبط به آن، در دهه های اخیر، به تهدیدی جدی علیه سلامت جنسی جوامع مبدل گشته اند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مفهوم باکرگی و نقش آن در ارتقای سلامت جنسی انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> این</span></span> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مطالعه بااستفاده ازپایگاههای</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SID.</span></span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">IranMedex,ProQuest,PubMed, Ovid ScienceDirect, ,EBSCO, MD Consult, Cochrane library ,Scirus, Google</span></span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Scholar</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ،</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">UNFPA</span></span></span><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">WHO</span></span></span> &nbsp;<span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مرتبط به سال های 1980 تا 2015 انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">علیرغم اتخاذ رویکردهای&nbsp; خویشتن‌داری جنسی در مرد و زن در دهه های اخیر که به عنوان فرمی ارزشمند کنترل پیامدهای منفی افزایش روابط جنسی قبل از ازدواج محسوب می شود.با توجه به باورهای غلطی نظیر &nbsp;ارزشمند بودن باکرگی زنان در مقابل شرم آور بودن باکرگی مردان، تصور حفظ باکرگی علیرغم روابط جنسی دهانی و مقعدی و پذیرش خونریزی بعد از نزدیکی به عنوان نشانه باکرگی و شاخص قرارگرفتن سلامت پرده بکارت به عنوان تنها نماد با کرگی این رویکردها را با شکست مواجه نموده است. ضمن اینکه &nbsp;با دامن زدن به مناقشات نابرابری جنسیتی و اعمال رفتارهای خشونت آمیز علیه زنان باعث تهدید سلامت جنسی گردیده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اگرچه در چند دهه اخیر اتخاذ رویکردهای خویشتن‌داری جنسی موجب ترویج باکرگی و کنترل بیماری های مقاربتی و حاملگی نوجوانی مبدل شده است. ولی باورهای غلط مرتبط به باکرگی به عنوان تهدیدی جدی برای خویشتن‌داری جنسی محسوب می</span></span> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شوند استفاده از ظرفیت های بالقوه فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مذهبی جوامع مختلف، جهت مقابله&nbsp; با پنداشت های غلط و آموزش واقعیات عینی مرتبط</span></span> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با</span></span> <span style="font-family:nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">باکرگی موجب ترویج خویشتن‌داری جنسی و ارتقاء سلامت جنسی خواهد شد .</span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <br> <strong><em>Introduction: </em></strong><em>Despite the undeniable value of &quot;virginity&quot;, misconceptions and value system changes related to virginity has become a serious threat to the sexual health of communities in recent decades.</em><br> &nbsp;<br> <em>&nbsp;<strong>Object: </strong>This study is aimed to investigate the conception virginity and its role in reproductive health promotion.</em><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This review was done through information related to 1980 to 2015 getting from SID, Ovid Science Direct, Pub Med, Pro Quest, Iran Medex, Google, Scirus, Cochrane library, MD Consult, EBSCO, Scholar , UNFPA and WHO .</em><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Findings: </em></strong><em>Despite Sexual abstinence approaches in recent decades which is a valuable step towards controlling the negative consequences of increasing premarital sex misconceptions such as the worth of female virginity worth versus the shame of male&rsquo;s, the idea of keeping virginity despite oral and anal sex and wedding night bleeding as a sign of virginity and accepting of intact hymen as the only indicator of virginity face these approaches with failure. Besides by conflicts such as gender inequality and violence against women are threatened for reproductive health. </em><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:&nbsp; </em></strong><em>Although in recent decades sexual abstinence approaches have become an opportunity to promote virginity and control of sexual transmitted diseases and teen pregnancy, misconceptions associated with virginity are serious threats to sexual abstinence.
