fa یافته‌های CT اسکن و MRI در بیماران مبتلا به دمانس مقاله پژوهشی Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: بیماری دمانس در حال حاضر از شایع&shy;ترین بیماری‌های دوران پیری است. با توجه به افزایش امید به زندگی و سن افراد، شیوع این بیماری نیز افزایش پیداکرده است. استفاده از فنّاوری روز برای تشخیص سریع بیماری‌ها همواره مدنظر کارشناسان گروه پزشکی است. از سوی دیگر در تصویربرداری ساختاری اعم از <span dir="LTR">CT</span> اسکن و <span dir="LTR">MRI</span>، تغییراتی در بافت مغز ایجاد می&shy;شود که شناخت آن‌ها و توجه دقیق به آن‌ها به تشخیص بهتر کمک می‌کند. بدیهی است تلاش در راه شناخت دقیق‌تر این بیماری و علائم آن و شروع به‌هنگامِ درمان، می‌تواند در ارتقای سلامت اجتماع مؤثر باشد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی</strong>: با مراجعه به بانک‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">PUBMED</span>، <span dir="LTR">MEDLINE</span> و دیگر مراجع معتبر، مقالات جدید مرتبط با عنوان مقاله جستجو و سپس بررسی شد. سپس اطلاعات لازم برداشته شد و ارائه گردید.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>اگرچه تصویربرداری نقش اساسی در تشخیص دمانس ندارد، اما تغییرات متعددی در مغز بیماران مبتلا به دمانس ایجاد می‌شود که در تصویربرداری قابل‌شناسایی است. تعدادی از این ضایعات حتی پیش از ایجاد علائم بالینی ایجاد می‌شوند که شناسایی آن‌ها در تشخیص سریع‌تر بیماری کمک‌کننده است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Dementia is currently one of the most common diseases of old age. Due to increase of life expectancy and age, the prevalence of the disease had increased. The use of new technology in the early detection of diseases has always been considered by medical experts. On the other hand structural imaging (CT scan and MRI) show changes in brain that recognizing and paying attention to them helps to earlier and better diagnosis. It is obvious that trying to be more understanding of the disease and its symptoms and starting the treat as soon as possible can be effective in promoting community health.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>With referring to databases PUBMED, MEDLINE and other authoritative, relevant articles and new articles were searched and then evaluated. Information collected and presented.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Although the role of imaging in the diagnosis of dementia is not fundamental, but many changes occur in brain of patients with dementia can be detected in imaging.
