Presenting a causal model of mediating factors affecting the relation between professional ethics and productivity using structural equation modeling in Fars Legal Medicine Organization

Aims: This research was conducted with the aim of presenting a causal model of mediating factors affecting the relation between professional ethics and productivity using structural equation modeling in Fars Legal Medicine Organization.
Methods: The research was a survey research in terms of developmental and practical purpose and based on the data collection method. The main tool for collecting information was a questionnaire, which was used after checking validity and reliability. The statistical population of the research in the first part included the use of the opinions of academic experts to examine the variables using the Delphi method, and in this regard, the snowball sampling method was used. The second part consists of managers, supervisors and employees of the General Department of Forensic Medicine of Fars province, which at this stage was the type of sampling method available. In addition, the collected information was analyzed using SPSS, SMARTPLS 3 statistical software and at a significance level of 5%.
 Findings : In shaping the causal model of the relationship between professional ethics and productivity, two categories of organizational factors (including variables of organizational justice, organizational learning, organizational commitment, organizational conflict, and leadership style) and individual factors (work relationships, job stress, job motivation, superiority seeking and competitiveness and job satisfaction) can be effective. Also, the results of the path test showed that at the 95% confidence level, all the proposed paths between the research variables are confirmed and meaningful.
 Conclusion: Two categories of factors, including organizational and individual, influence the relationship between professional ethics and productivity in the General Department of Forensic Medicine of Fars province
